Bangkok Restaurant Review: TriBeCa Restobar

Pancakes at Tribeca Restobar

Sporting a little bit of a hangover from a Friday night visit to The Speakeasy at Hotel Muse, I needed a recovery brunch, so met up with two of my fabulous lady friends (and my friend’s adorable toddler) at Tribeca Restobar in Thonglo.

Honestly, I’d kind of been avoiding this place even though it is the hot new(ish) brunch option in town that comes up a lot in conversation and in best brunch list, because being from New York City I wait until I feel homesick until I visit New York themed places. However, when my friend suggested it, I was keen.

Juice at Tribeca Restobar

Like any good brunch place the interior is flooded with natural light – we even toyed with sitting out on their lovely patio, but the weather proved a bit too much and we moved inside. They definitely nailed the Tribeca brunch restaurant design.

We ordered our coffees and I got a restorative juice which was served in an adorable little bottle and added to the charm and helped me feel a bit more refreshed. One of the many reasons I love brunching with these ladies is that they like sharing, so we ordered the Avocado Toast, Pancakes, & Eggs Benedict and split them up amongst ourselves.

The best feature is that they serve Brunch all day – so you if you have an even crazier Friday night than I did (which tends to happen a lot here in BKK), you can get your pancake or benedict fix whenever you manage to crawl out of your apartment and into the bright Bangkok sun.
