This little nomad came all the way Home for the Holidays. And while home for me is New York, one of my best friends and travel buddies lives in Connecticut, so I spent some time visiting with him and some of our old favorite food haunts as well as trying a few new ones!

No, these pictures aren’t from some hipster place so obscure you haven’t heard of it. It’s just the awesome food that my friend makes, in his kitchen. Some of his specialties are: Skillet Pizza, Pancakes, French Toast, Grilled Cheese, Veggie Burgers. If you don’t want to torture yourself with drool-worthy food porn that you have minimal hope of obtaining, stop here.
Oh and he’s got this thing for Taco Bell. While I can’t say I totally agree with him on this front, here’s a picture of me eating it to prove that I’m not a complete food snob.
