The Commons is one of my favorite places in Bangkok because of it’s high concentration of delicious food and bars in a modern, clean setting with lots of community use space. While I tend to avoid Mexican food outside of Texas, because it usually leads to disappointment, after a lot of recommendations from sources I trust, I decided to check it out.

Another great thing about the food court area is that you and your dining companions can each choose a cuisine of your liking so it’s a great place to go with picky eaters or those with food constraints. It’s also great if you want to compile a multicultural potluck. Barbeque, Pizza, Mexican, Thai? You got it. My favorite dish from Barrio to bring to the table are the Guacamole Cones. They are a crowd pleaser in every sense (healthy, gluten free, vegetarian, tasty) and super shareable.
