Hey Soi 49 – Stop It. Why are there so many amazing places clustered *literally* on top of each other? Above D’Ark Coffee Shop is a Secret Garden Spa & Cafe which is simply a magical place. I actually brought my Fuji Finepix along thinking I might snap a couple of non-iPhone quality pictures, but this is one of those places which serves as a constant photo-shoot locations for hip Asians with their DSLRs, so I decided not to be a total hipster stereotype and just snagged a couple of regularsnaps instead.

I visited at twilight and loved getting to watch the space transition from daytime to nighttime and it was absolutely gorgeous in both. It was also a weird time where I wasn’t quite ready to transition to cocktails, but I also didn’t want another coffee. I was also craving a bite of something sweet, but not necessarily an entire dessert. The Irish Coffee was the perfect solution. The presentation of course was entirely fitting with the surroundings with a huge touch of fancy.

In addition to the expected coffees and teas, they have a very promising healthy food menu which I will certainly be back to explore soon!
