Uh oh y’all, I’m in trouble. The latest branch of C.O.D.E (Cafe Of Dessert Enthusiasts) just opened and it’s in my backyard in Siam Paragon. They have some absolutely nuts looking dessert Lava Toasts – luckily they are available for dine-in only, which will eliminate the temptation to bring one of these bricks of carbs stuffed with gooey, warm filling home with me. However, the same can’t be said for their Lava croissants, which as you can see I’ve already picked up a salted egg one for enjoying in the comfort of my own home.

The instructions say to warm it up in an oven, but I live in a Thailand apartment, so had to use the microwave oven instead. I was expecting the filling to be slightly saltier, but nothing about this was disappointing. Every bit as delicious as I thought it might be – I’m looking forward to trying all of the flavors!
