Roast is simply one of my favorite brunch options in Bangkok, so to start my birthday I could think of nothing I would like to do more than celebrate with one of my dearest friends at the location in The Commons.
To my delight, we were able to get a table right away! On a Saturday morning? It’s a birthday miracle!

Even their bread and butter is worth talking about.
You always know you are in for a treat when you start your meal with high quality bread and butter which is so often a little thought out accessory on the table.

So I ordered my Iced Latte with their signature frozen espresso cubes and took an obligatory Boomerang video of me pouring the milk over them (which of course I always manage to spill a bit of since I’m so busy social media-ing).

I usually get their Avocado Toast, but I decided to start <age redacted> off with something new, so I tried their corn fritters which were topped with fresh tomato, avocado, spinach, & bacon.
This was a perfect start to my day and made it truly special.
